MultiSure Blood Glucose Test Strip

MultiSure GC Blood Glucose Test Strips offer a quick and convenient way to self-monitor blood glucose levels. The strips are designed exclusively for use with the MultiSure GCTU Meter and provide a result within 5 seconds using a small blood sample of at least 0.5 µL.Blood samples may be obtained from the fingertip, palm, or forearm, as directed in the instructions for use. The strips support a hematocrit range of 10–70% and are supplied in a protective container to help shield them from moisture and environmental exposure. This product is intended for in vitro diagnostic testing and single-patient self-testing.

• MultiSure GC Test Strips are intended for the quantitative measurement of glucose in capillary whole-blood samples when used with the MultiSure GCTU Meter. They are intended for in vitro diagnostic use and single-patient self-monitoring. They are not intended to independently diagnose or screen for diabetes.

1. Wash and dry your hands thoroughly before testing.
2. Remove one test strip and close the container tightly immediately.
3. Insert the strip into the MultiSure GCTU Meter as directed in the meter manual.
4. Obtain a blood sample using a suitable lancing device.
5. Apply a blood sample of at least 0.5 µL to the strip’s sample area.
6. Wait for the result to appear on the meter display within 5 seconds.
7. Remove the strip and dispose of it safely after a single use.

• Store the test strips in their tightly closed original container at a temperature between 4°C and 30°C.
• Close the container immediately after removing a strip, and do not transfer the strips to another container.
• Keep away from moisture, direct sunlight, and excessive heat. Do not freeze.
