MultiSure Cholesterol Test Strip

MultiSure Cholesterol Test Strips provide a practical way to measure total blood cholesterol levels at home or in a clinical setting. They require a small capillary blood sample of at least 3.6 µL and deliver results within 60 seconds. The pack contains 25 individually foil-wrapped test strips designed for use with the MultiSure GCTU monitoring system and for in vitro diagnostic use only.

1. Fasting for 8 hours before the test is recommended for more accurate results.
2. Wash your hands with warm water and soap, then dry them thoroughly.
3. Remove a new test strip from its foil wrapper and use it immediately.
4. Insert the strip into the MultiSure GCTU monitoring system according to the device instructions.
5. Use a lancing device to obtain a blood sample from your fingertip.
6. Apply a blood sample of at least 3.6 µL to the strip’s sample area.
7. Wait 60 seconds for the result to appear on the device screen.
8. Dispose of the used test strip and lancet safely after use; both are intended for single use only.

• Do not change any medication or treatment based solely on the result without consulting a healthcare professional.
• If the result is unexpected or does not match your symptoms, repeat the test and consult a healthcare professional.
• Keep out of reach of children.

• Store the test strips in a dry place at a temperature between 4°C and 30°C, away from moisture, direct sunlight, and heat sources.
• Keep each test strip sealed in its original foil wrapper and open it only when ready for use.
