Prosphyg™ 770 Pocket Aneroid Sphygmomanometer

The Prosphyg 770 is a manual sphygmomanometer designed for use with a stethoscope to measure systolic and diastolic blood pressure. It features an 809N gauge with an accuracy of ±3 mmHg and a gray cotton cuff with an artery-position label and gauge holder. The adult cuff fits arm circumferences from 23 to 40 cm. A chrome-plated deflation valve provides controlled pressure release, while the inflation bladder and bulb are not made with natural rubber latex. The device is assembled, inspected, and packaged in the USA using foreign components and meets or exceeds ANSI/AAMI/ISO 81060-1 requirements

Used for non-invasive measurement of arterial blood pressure in adults in hospitals, clinics, physician offices, and home healthcare settings.

1. Keep the arm relaxed, supported, and positioned at heart level.
2. Wait several minutes before repeating a measurement on the same arm.
3. Inspect the cuff, tubing, bulb, and valve before each use.
4. Confirm that the gauge pointer rests at zero when the cuff is fully deflated.
5. Clean the device according to the manufacturer’s guidance without immersing the gauge or inflation system in liquid.
6. A stethoscope is required for measurement and is not listed as part of the package contents.
