Sterilized Surgical Face Mask, ASTM 3

A sterile surgical face mask designed to provide reliable protection during surgical procedures and sterile medical applications. It consists of three layers: a blue nonwoven outer layer, a white meltblown (MB) filtration layer, and a soft white nonwoven inner layer. The mask provides ≥99% bacterial and particle filtration efficiency and fluid resistance up to 160 mmHg, in accordance with ASTM Level 3 requirements. It also features four tie straps for a secure and comfortable fit while maintaining breathability during extended use. The mask is sterile and intended for single use only.

1. Wash and dry your hands thoroughly before opening the package.
2. Open the sterile package and carefully remove the mask.
3. Position the mask to fully cover your nose, mouth, and chin.
4. Tie the two upper straps behind your head, then secure the two lower straps behind your neck.
5. Gently press the nose strip to ensure a secure fit and minimize gaps.
6. Avoid touching the front of the mask during use.
7. After use, remove the mask by the ties without touching the front, then dispose of it safely.
