1. Install the battery correctly according to the polarity markings.
2. Turn on the device and confirm that the reading appears on the display.
3. Place the external sensor inside the refrigerator or freezer while keeping the display unit outside.
4. Use the ROOM/FRIDGE button to switch between room and external sensor readings.
5. Press the MIN/MAX button to view the highest and lowest recorded temperatures.
6. Select the preferred temperature unit, °C or °F.
7. Set the high and low alarm limits when required.
8. Allow sufficient time for the reading to stabilize after installing or repositioning the sensor.

• Avoid dropping the device or exposing it to strong impacts.
• Do not place the display unit inside the freezer or near direct heat sources.
• Position the sensor correctly and keep it away from materials that may affect the reading.
• Do not crush or sharply bend the sensor cable when closing the refrigerator door.
• Check readings and alarms regularly, particularly when storing temperature-sensitive items.
• Replace the battery if the display becomes dim or readings become unstable.
• Do not rely solely on this device where regulations require a calibrated or certified monitoring system. 

• When not in use, store the device in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture.
• Coil the sensor cable loosely without sharp bends, and remove the battery before long-term storage.
