The 2.5V Pocket Diagnostic Set provides high-quality illumination using xenon lamps for accurate tissue color representation. The otoscope features fiber-optic illumination and a 3X magnifying viewing lens for clear ear examinations. The ophthalmoscope includes 19 viewing lenses and five aperture selections for detailed retinal assessment. The set comes with a battery handle, disposable specula, and a durable EVA carrying case.

Otoscope

1. Attach the appropriate ear speculum.
2. Turn the device on.
3. Gently straighten the ear canal.
4. Insert the speculum carefully and examine the ear canal and tympanic membrane.
5. Dispose of or sterilize the speculum as applicable after use.

Ophthalmoscope

1. Turn the device on.
2. Select the appropriate lens setting.
3. Direct the light toward the patient's eye.
4. Examine the retina and optic disc using the desired aperture.
5. Switch off the device after examination.
