1. Select the appropriate cup size based on the treatment area.
2. Place the cup on the skin.
3. Use the manual Hand Pump to create gentle suction.
4. Leave the cup in place for 5–10 minutes, as recommended.
5. Release the suction gently and remove the cup.
6. Clean and disinfect all cups thoroughly after each use.
