1. Open the straps and prepare the brace.
2. Place the splint on both sides of the ankle, ensuring proper alignment.
3. Secure the lower straps first, then fasten the upper straps around the ankle.
4. Adjust the heel straps for a snug and customized fit.
5. Select and insert the preferred pad (airbag, foam, or gel) depending on comfort and support needs.
6. Ensure all straps are firmly secured without excessive tightness.
7. Check stability before walking; adjust if needed.
