1. Select the correct size according to the user’s waist measurement.
2. Open and fully unfold the diaper.
3. Position it beneath the user with the absorbent area centered.
4. Gently bring the front section up between the legs.
5. Secure both sides evenly for a comfortable fit.
6. Check that the diaper is not folded or excessively tight.
7. Check regularly and replace when necessary.
8. Dispose of the used diaper hygienically. Do not flush it down the toilet.
